Hi super user, thanks for the quick reply
I am using the latest sc download - showcontroller live v0.99 30/11/2019.
I can confirm no other apps are open, just showcontroller live.
I have 2 x ds2000 laserword lasers, one using an external shownet interface and the other newer model with the build in ethernet interface.Both have latest firmware 2020022302.
I have the basic showcontroller licesnse for 3 devices.
any ideas?

Please check if you have the latest software release installed. Some improvements have been made concerning this.
Second, please check that no other parts of Showcontroller are opened when doing settings in the Controlcenter of Live. If you have other settings open, e.g. in Realtime, it can happen that these override the ones of Live if closed later.
What hardware do you have connected? Is it a ShowNET-only setup or do you use mixed type interfaces, e.g. some USB type ones or a NetLas device?

Hi,
Really struggling here, how do you save the track assignment against the laser devices?
The control centre always opens showing just the first device on track assignment 1, can't seem to save device
2 and 3 tracks, always shows 0.
