I have problem with 2023 version.
I have similar problem with this version : Freeze of LASERS

come on , we speacking about the latest version isn"t it?
of course I got the latest one. But let me tell you something: I'm working with 3 laptops,each have a different soft., showeditor on 1, an older version of showcontroller that from 2019 on 2 and finally on 3 the latest. belive me i tested several times and in many way. the results was the same.- problems with the new softwear!.by the way I'm using laserworld lasers , as soon as I used the other older versions the problems disappears

OK, das Problem ist also nur der Player wenn ich das richtig verstehe.
Die Shows die geladen werden - haben die alle sauber ein Audio-File zugewiesen? Und öffnen sie sich einzeln im Realtime soweit ohne Fehlermeldung oder Colortable-Anfrage oder ähnlichen Pop-Ups? Kannst du uns bitte die betroffenen Showordner als Zip zukommen lassen an supportshowcontrolelr.com damit wir das simulieren können?
Wir müssen das Problem nur etwas eingrenzen, dann findet sich sicher eine schnelle Lösung.

Regarding the freeze problems or lags - @gergely - have you tried downloading the very latest version? The one currently dated 19.03.2024? Because no issues like this have been reported with that version yet. An intermediate one may have had that bug, but the latest release is reported stable.

I agree with you 100% ! MASSIVE PROBLEMS WITH THE NEW SOFTWEAR I have the same problems+ :during running a show(doesnt matter wich show is) my lasers frozen one by one... one have a strange thing.. looks like have a double image for every cue , can not adjust color corections at all , the player..hm...

Habe nun noch einmal alles ausprobiert aber der Player stürzt gleich nach dem Reinladen der Shows ab.

Habe volle Admin Rechte, der PC ist Up-To-Date alles andere läuft ohne Probleme.

Nur mit dem Showcontroller habe ich die unerklärlichen Problem :-(

Selbst nach einer sauberen Neuinstallation (ohne "Altlasten") sollte es laufen aber das macht es leider nicht.

Ich werde wieder auf die Version vom 03.01.2023 wechseln.

Ich bin im EDV Bereich kein "Newbie" aber mir ist es einfach unklar, wie es zu solchen Problemen kommt, leider erhalte ich auch keine Fehlermeldung.

Der Player wird gestartet und öffnet sich mit Realtime, danach lade ich eine Show (in die Player.exe) rein und diese wird (im Hintergrund) über Realtime abgespielt. Sobald eine weitere hinzugefügt wird, schließt sich alles.

Bei dem Laden einer neu erstellten und gespeicherten Playlist, stürzt auch alles sofort ab,
